The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting Phenomblue’s Sales and Marketing team by executing the firm’s external marketing communications and sales activities. Through development and implementation of marketing activities, the role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving sales and ultimately generating new business leads. You will work on the Sales and Marketing team to identify, reach and engage new client opportunities with strategic and brand oversight from the General Manager. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
The ideal candidate has 2-5 years experience working within a sales and/or marketing support role, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree, social media management experience and proven writing ability required. Must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple projects and attention to detail for accuracy and consistency. Experience working in any of the following a plus: Keynote, WordPress, Adobe Connect, Linkedin and other social platform advertising, Pipedrive or other CRM system. Ability to attend morning/evening/weekend events, as needed. Anticipate moderate travel.

SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT
Strategizes and executes the necessary activities to maintain an active and relevant presence for the firm on relevant social media channels aligned with sales strategy. Identify, summarize and add thought leadership content to Phenomblue website. You’ll understand how to measure effectiveness of social media efforts and adapt content strategy to maximize results.
CONTENT STRATEGY AND GENERATION
Develops and maintains Phenomblue’s content generation, including newsletter and 5 Trends Report to deliver relevant information to target audiences. Facilitate consistent webinar series, managing promotion and behind-the-scenes execution of webinars. You’ll also write case studies about work Phenomblue has completed and collect client feedback and results to position diverse firm experience.
As needed, researches, identifies, negotiates and manages event sponsorships, speaking opportunities, client events, prospect event and promotional items. You’ll be able to identify potential leads and execute on engagement activities to begin conversations with potential clients through a variety of outreach activities, including direct mail and social engagement.
Generates internal and external reports with Vice President of Sales and Marketing to share with team and ensure sales goals are being met.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related activities as needed.
