A Few New Faces

We recently got a little bit bigger – here’s the lowdown on who’s new:

Jules comes to Phenomblue LA as a UX designer with a design background in interaction, user experience and new media. She’ll be working alongside our internal groups to define and implement innovative and effective UX solutions that communicate both high-level design strategies and detailed user interactions. The focus of her previous work experience ranges from concept and ideation to visual design and implementation for brands such as Scion and with companies including O’Grady Meyers and Ball-Nogues Studio. Jules earned her Master of Fine Arts at the Graduate Media Design Program at Art Center College of Design.

Strategist, Stephen, is also a new addition this quarter, developing actionable strategies and digital insights as part of our design group. He serves as a partner to our clients, working closely with them through planning, researching, concepting and execution. Stephen has spent the past few years in the performance automotive aftermarket as Digital Strategist at Nitto Tire U.S.A. Inc. He managed the brand’s digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, web interactive and mobile apps.

And lastly, we’d like to congratulate junior experience designer,Sam, for being chosen as Graduate of the Month by The Creative Center. In late 2011, Sam transitioned from intern to employee at our Omaha office. During his time at Phenomblue, he’s worked on the design group for client projects including Micromet and Bellevue University. He also contributed his skills to Dino Dig, a recent internal project experimenting with Surface 2, and the FWA award-winning mobile app, I Smell Brains. Sam specializes in web design, photography and problem solving. Prior to coming to Phenomblue, Sam was a web designer for DKA Design Group.
