Tonight, Abby Jordan and Becky App, co-owners of Omaha-based eCreamery Ice Cream & Gelato, will appear on ABC’s Shark Tank. To maximize the appearance and captivate nine million Shark Tank viewers, Phenomblue has launched a homepage takeover on eCreamery.com with a corresponding Facebook campaign. The “No More Vanilla” movement includes a series of humorous videos. To accomodate for the anticipated traffic, eCreamery has also rolled out new products, new price points and new merchandising.
In business since 2007, the startup was funded by investor Mark Hasebroock of Dundee Venture Capital. With $2 million in revenue since 2007, eCreamery will seek a $250,000 investment tonight to build additional ice cream production and freezer space.
